QM16M series is suitable for machining centers and beds, made of ductile cast iron, the guideway surface is quenched and not easy to be deformed, it can be used side by side, and it can be used in parallel with many other units at the same height, and there is a downward force when clamping the workpiece, and the workpiece does not float.

The fixed jaws are fastened by four bolts, which reduces the dynamic deformation.

Thrust bearings are used at the fixed end of the screw to reduce friction and increase clamping force.

Precautions
