Calibration method
To ensure the correctness of the measured values, the tensiometer must be used with preload. Before using the tensiometer, make sure that the internal preload is in a normal state.
Visually the pointer does not return to zero and there is still pre-pressure.
Manually check that the torsion gauge and body turn.
No rotation means there is still pre-pressure, rotation means there is no pre-pressure.
Tensiometer pressure design: 1Kg/cm2 = 10Kg = 100N.
Instructions for use
1, first remove B
2, and then A rotary loosen
3, and then push A into the (so that the oil level of the oil chamber inward contraction)
4, and then the hydraulic oil from the B full, and then lock the plug
5, and then A screw tight, at this time, the C pointer will be moving up
6, when A completely tighten the most appropriate pressure pointer should be between 10Kg-30Kg indication if more than 30Kg, then rotate the B to let the internal oil slightly seepage regulation of the internal pressure until the pressure index shows within the range of 10Kg-30Kg, and the pressure index should be within the range of 10Kg-30Kg. Until the pressure index is within the range of 10Kg-30Kg.

Reading method

Spigot replacement method
Clamp the gauge on the locking side.
