Our step drills are available in the cost-effective HSS4241, in the superbly integrated HSSM2, and in HSSM35, which can process stainless steel. The sizes are very complete, with regular sizes and coatings in stock. In addition, we also support customized special step drills. If the quantity is large, we provide free OEM service.
M35 material, can process stainless steel, die steel and other difficult to process steel parts. M35 is a 5% cobalt containing high-speed steel. Compared with M35 cobalt containing high-speed steel, it is cheap and easy to process. Through appropriate heat treatment, it can obtain high hardness, high red hardness and high wear resistance. The toughness and bending strength are not lower than ordinary high-speed steel, which can overcome early damage such as die edge collapse and crack.
